ปีโรตารี 2567-68 ปี “มหัศจรรย์แห่งโรตารี” ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ นายกสโมสรและคณะกรรมการบริหารสโมสร คณะทีมงานภาค 3360 ชุดใหม่ทุกท่าน ที่ได้ผ่านการสัมมนาอบรมนายกรับเลือก การประชุมทีมงานภาค (District Team Meeting) และการอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่และคณะกรรมการบริหารสโมสร (District Training Assembly) ในการจัดงานทุกครั้ง รวมถึงงานสถาปนาสโมสรในจังหวัดต่าง ๆ ของสโมสรในภาค 3360 ผู้เข้าร่วมงานมีความตั้งใจ มุ่งมั่น ในการทำงาน และเต็มเปี่ยมด้วยมิตรภาพ ขอขอบคุณมวลมิตรโรแทเรียนทุกท่าน ที่อุทิศเสียสละเพื่อโรตารี ขออวยพรให้ท่านนายกสโมสรและสมาชิกสโมสรทุกท่าน ประสบความสำเร็จ ในการบริหารนำพาสโมสรให้เข้มแข็ง และทำกิจกรรมบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ของปีโรตารี 2567-68 สำเร็จราบรื่นตามเป้าหมายและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทุก ๆ โครงการ
In the Rotary Year 2024-25, a Year of “Magic of Rotary”, I'd like to congratulate the new presidents, club committees, and all District 3360 team members who had completed the President Elect Training Seminar, the district team meeting, and the District Training Assembly. At every event, including the Installation Ceremonies in all provinces of the clubs in District 3360, all participants were determined and fulfilled with friendship. Thank you to all fellow Rotarians for your dedication to Rotary. I wish all club presidents and club members success in leading and strengthening their clubs and conducting service activities in the Rotary year 2024-25 smoothly achieving the goals and objectives of every project.

สิ่งที่ท่านนายกฯ และเลขาฯ คงต้องรีบดำเนินการใน เดือนกรกฎาคม มีดังนี้ครับ
1. รีบดำเนินการ ลงชื่อ ตำแหน่งหลัก 6 ตำแหน่ง ใน My Rotary
2. ตรวจสอบใบ INVOICE ในเรื่องการชำระค่าบำรุง RI และค่าบำรุงภาค
3. ควรปรับปรุง Update ข้อมูลของสโมสร เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลสมาชิก
4. ชำระค่าบำรุง RI , ค่าบำรุงภาค และ ค่าบำรุงสโมสร ให้ตรงเวลาภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2567
5. ศึกษาเรื่อง CLUB CENTRAL เพื่อเข้าไปตั้ง GOAL เป้าหมาย ตามที่ได้ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารสโมสร และทำแผนบริหารสโมสร CLUB PLAN
ท่านเลขาสโมสร ควรจัดวาระการประชุมประจำเดือน สนับสนุนให้มีผู้บรรยายพิเศษ และประสานกับประธานฝ่ายต่างๆ ในการทำกิจกรรมให้ครบ 7 Area of Focus และทำอย่างไรจะได้รับรางวัล Club Excellence Award
สิ่งที่สโมสรโรตารีต้องทำใน My Rotary เรียงตามลำดับความสำคัญ
JULY 2024
Things that the Club President and Secretary should urgently do in July are as follows:
1. Assign the 6 main positions of Club Officers in My Rotary.
2. Check the Club Invoice from RI maintenance fees and pay the district levy.
3. Update the club information as well as the membership information.
4. Pay the Club Invoice, district levy on time, within 60 days from July 1, 2024
5. Learning about ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL to set the Goals according to the club board meeting and make the CLUB PLAN as well as the club management plan.
The club secretary should organize the monthly meeting agenda, support the special speakers, and coordinate with all chairs of committees to do activities to cover all 7 Areas of Focus and verify how your club will qualify for the Club Excellence Award.
