The Magical Year of Rotary DISTRICT 3360
ปีแห่งความมหัศจรรย์ของโรตารีภาค 3360
ในปีโรตารี 2024-2025 นี้ ผู้ว่าการภาคอภิศักดิ์ จอมพงษ์ และโรตารีแอนน์มาลียา วงศ์รัตนมัจฉา ขอส่งกำลังใจให้โรแทเรียนทุกท่านในภาค 3360 ร่วมกันสร้างความหัศจรรย์ให้เกิดขึ้นในชุมชน ในประเทศไทย และโลกใบนี้ ด้วยโครงการบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ที่ส่งผลเชิงบวกและมีความยั่งยืน การบริจาคเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำโครงการ รวมถึงการเพิ่มสมาชิกที่มีคุณภาพ เพื่อเป็นกำลังสำคัญ และร่วมอุดมการณ์แห่งการ "บริการเหนือตน" ของโรตารี ตลอดจนส่งเสริมประสบการณ์สโมสรที่ดี โดยใช้หลักของ ความหลากหลาย ความเท่าเทียม การอยู่ร่วมกัน (DEI) และความรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่ง และเป็นเจ้าของ (Belonging) เราจะช่วยกันทำให้สโมสรของเรา ภาคของเรา โรตารีสากลของเรา มีเสน่ห์ดึงดูดอย่างไม่อาจต้านทานได้ (Simply Irresistible) ในปี "มหัศจรรย์แห่งโรตารี" นี้นะครับ
In the Rotary year 2024-2025, District Governor Apisak Jomphong and Rotary Ann Maleeya Wongratanamajcha would like to encourage all Rotarians in District 3360 to collaborate in creating "Magic" in our communities, in Thailand, and around the world. Through service projects that have a positive and sustainable impact, donations to support those projects, and increasing quality members to be a key force, and to share Rotary's principle of "Service Above Self", as well as promoting a value club experience by adopting the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and emphasize on the sense of belonging of club members. Let's help make our clubs, our districts, and Rotary International "Simply Irresistible" in "The Magic of Rotary" year.

มิตรโรแทเรียนที่รักทุกท่าน
เดือนสิงหาคมเป็นเดือนแห่งการพัฒนาสมาชิกภาพและสโมสรใหม่ (Membership and New Club Development Month) ผมจึงอยากฝากเป้าหมายของของโรตารีสากลสำหรับสโมสรและภาค ได้แก่ เพิ่มสมาชิกใหม่สุทธิอย่างน้อยสโมสรละ 2 คน และเพิ่มสมาชิกใหม่ในภาคอย่างน้อย 100 คน และเพิ่มสโมสรใหม่อย่างน้อย 4 สโมสร (รวมสโมสรโรทาแรคท์และสโมสรแซทเทิลไลท์) ทั้งนี้ หากพวกเราต่างมีความเชื่อที่ตรงกันว่า เราสามารถสร้างสิ่งมหัศจรรย์ได้ด้วยการทำโครงการบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตผู้คนให้ดีขึ้นอย่างยั่งยืน เมื่อเราเชื่อแบบนั้นการที่มีสมาชิกเพิ่มมากขึ้น และมีสโมสรเพิ่มมากขึ้น ย่อมเป็นการขยายขอบเขตของความมหัศจรรย์ที่โรตารีจะสร้างขึ้นได้ ให้แผ่ไพศาลกว้างขวางออกไปมากขึ้นด้วย จึงเป็นสิ่งที่เราต้องร่วมด้วยช่วยกันอย่างจริงจัง
โดยในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม – 1 กันยายน ที่จะถึงนี้ ภาคของเราจะจัดงานสัมมนา มูลนิธิโรตารี : สมาชิกภาพ : ภาพลักษณ์ และ Action Plan ภาค 3360 ปี 2024-25 ขึ้น โรงแรมแกรนด์ปา แอนด์ รีสอร์ท ลำพูน ซึ่งจะผู้นำการอบรมที่มีประสบการณ์ทั้งในภาคและต่างภาค มาให้ความรู้กับพวกเราเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสมาชิกภาพ ก็ขอเรียนเชิญสมาชิกโดยเฉพาะนายกสโมสร และ ประธานฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวของรวมทั้งสมาชิกที่สนใจ เข้าร่วมการอบรมในครั้งนี้ โดยเจ้าภาพได้เตรียมการต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีและมีของที่ระลึกสุดพิเศษมอบให้ผู้แก่เข้าร่วมอบรมทุกท่าน
สุดท้ายนี้ เนื่องจากสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในเขตพื้นที่ภาคเหนือตอนบนหลายพื้นที่ มีประชาชนได้รับผลกระทบมากมาย ภาค3360ได้ตั้งกองทุนรับบริจาคเงินเพื่อเข้าช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อน และต้องการความช่วยเหลือเร่งด่วน เราได้รับอนุมัติเงินจากมูลนิธิภาคโรตารีไทย 100,000 บาท และได้เงินบริจาคจากโรแทเรียนทั้งในภาคและต่างภาค รวมกันแล้วเป็นเงินกว่า 300,000 บาท (ยังคงมีการบริจาคสมทบมากเรื่อย ๆ) จึงได้มีการมอบหมายให้สโมสรในพื้นที่รับงบประมาณไปดำเนินการช่วยเหลือพี่น้องประชาชนเป็นการเร่งด่วน ในโอกาสนี้ ผมขอขอบคุณในน้ำใจจากโรแทเรียนทุกท่าน และ ขอแสดงความห่วงใยแด่ผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบทุกท่าน ขอให้ทุกท่านได้รับความปลอดภัย และขอให้เหตุการณ์นี้ผ่านพ้นและกลับคืนสู่สภาพปกติโดยเร็ว

Dear Fellow Rotarians,
August is the Membership and New Club Development Month. I would like to share Rotary International’s goals for clubs and districts: to gain at least 2 net new members per club, to gain at least 100 net new members per district, and to charter at least 4 new clubs (including Rotaract Clubs and Satellite clubs). If we all believe that we can create Magic by doing service projects that make lasting changes in people’s lives, having more members and more clubs will expand the Magic that Rotary can create. It is something that we must all actively join in hand.
On August 31st – September 1st, our district will organize the Rotary Foundation: Membership: Public Image and Action Plan District 3360 2024-25 Seminar at Grand Pa Hotel and Resort, Lamphun. Experienced facilitators from our district and other districts will share their knowledge about membership development. I would like to invite all members, especially club presidents and related club chairs of the committee, as well as interested members, to join this seminar. The host has prepared a warm welcome and special souvenirs for all participants.
Finally, due to the flood situation in many areas of the upper northern region, many people have been affected. District 3360 has set up a fund to receive donations to help people who require urgent assistance. We have received approval for 100,000 baht from the Rotary Thailand Districts Foundation and received donations from Rotarians from our district and other districts, totaling more than 300,000 baht (with more donations coming in). Therefore, we have assigned local clubs to receive a budget to urgently help our people in their community. On this occasion, I would like to thank all Rotarians for their kind donation and express my concern for those affected. May everyone be safe and may this situation pass and return to normal very soon.

เริ่มจริง ๆ เสียที หลังจากที่ผ่านการเตรียมตัวมาอย่างยาวนาน กับภารกิจที่จะเข้มข้นอย่างแน่นอนในฐานะผู้นำของภาค 3360 เต็มตัว ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2567 ที่ผ่านมา วันที่เราชาวโรแทเรียนต่างรู้กันดีว่าเป็นวันแรกของปีโรตารี 2024-2025 ปีที่มีธีมประจำปีว่า “The Magic of Rotary” หรือที่ผู้ว่าการภาคโรตารี 4 ภาคในประเทศไทยช่วยกันคิดคำแปลเป็นภาษาไทยว่า “มหัศจรรย์แห่งโรตารี” ส่วนตัวผมคิดว่าเราทั้ง 4 คนต้องขอบคุณโรตารีสากลที่ได้ออกแบบระบบการเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้นำในระดับภาค หรือผู้ว่าการภาคล่วงหน้าถึง 3 ปี เพราะนอกจากที่จะทำให้เราได้มีความพร้อมอย่างเต็มที่ในทุก ๆ ด้านด้วยการเข้าร่วมการอบรมในระดับต่าง ๆ แล้ว ยังทำให้เราได้มีโอกาสใกล้ชิดสนิทสนมกันและมีมิตรภาพที่แน่นแฟ้น และได้ช่วยเหลือกันในหลาย ๆ เรื่อง
ถึงแม้ว่าการเตรียมตัวจะนานถึง 3 ปี แต่เมื่อถึงเวลาที่รับตำแหน่งจริง ๆ ก็มีเรื่องราวที่ต้องเผชิญให้ต้องคิด วิเคราะห์ และแก้ปัญหาต่าง ๆ ของภาคให้ผ่านพ้นไปให้ได้ ในขณะเวลาว่างก็เริ่มมีน้อยลง ด้วยงานและกิจกรรมมากมายที่ต้องไปร่วมเพื่อเป็นกำลังใจแก่สมาชิกในภาค อย่างไรก็ตาม เชื่อมั่นว่าปัญหาต่างจะคลี่คลายลงไปได้ และปีนี้คงเป็นปีที่ดีอีกปีหนึ่ง ที่ภาคของเราจะได้มีความก้าวหน้าในทุก ๆ ด้าน ซึ่งจะเป็นอย่างนั้นได้เราทุกคนต้องร่วมแรงร่วมใจกัน อนึ่ง จากการที่ได้ไปร่วมงานสถาปนาในจังหวัดต่าง ๆ ในช่วงนี้ ทำให้เห็นได้ชัดว่า มิตรภาพของสมาชิกในภาคของเรายังคงเข้มแข็ง และนั่นถือเป็นสัญญานที่ดีแห่งการเริ่มต้นปีที่สโมสรโรตารีทุกสโมสร จะสร้างสิ่งมหัศจรรย์ให้เกิดขึ้นในชุมชนของเรา ไม่ว่าจะในรูปแบบของโครงการบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ การบริจาค และการเพิ่มสมาชิกที่จะมาช่วยทำให้สิ่งมหัศจรรย์นั้น ขยายผลเพิ่มพูนได้มากขึ้น สุดท้ายนี้ไม่ว่าจะไปที่ได้ล้วนได้รับการต้อนรับและดูแลเป็นอย่างดี จึงขอกราบขอบพระคุณมา ณ โอกาสนี้ด้วยครับ

Getting started finally, after a long preparation period with a mission that will definitely be intense as a leader of District 3360 since July 1, 2024, the day that we Rotarians all know as the first day of Rotary Year 2024-2025, the year with the theme “The Magic of Rotary”. Personally, I think the 4 district governors in Thailand must thank Rotary International for designing a system for preparing leaders at the district level or district governors for at least 3 years in advance. In addition to making us fully prepared in every aspect by participating in training at various levels, it also allowed us to be close to each other create a strong relationship, and help each other in many ways. Even though the preparation took 3 years, when it was time to take the position, there were many things that we had to face, think about, analyze, and find the resolution of various problems in the district to get through, while our free time was starting to decrease. With many events and activities to attend in order to encourage the members in the district. However, I believe that the problems will be resolved and this year will be another good year that our district will progress in every aspect. For that to happen, we all have to be a team. Furthermore, from attending the installation ceremonies in various provinces during this period, it is clear that our district members' fellowship is still strong. That is a good sign for the beginning of the year that all Rotary clubs will create magic in our communities, with service projects, donations, and an increasing number of members that will help us expand that magic. Finally, no matter where I go, I am always welcomed and taken care of. So, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you.
